Drawing and painting lessons for children, youth and adults
There are several reasons why to choose RUSART as drawing school. First of all, your children. To explore their creative potential they need to be supervised by qualified instructors. They can learn with us how to draw animals, people, flowers, landscapes and simple still-lives based on step-by-step, from simple to complex methods.
Also do not forget about yourself. If you want to learn drawing and painting but do not know how to start; if you cannot afford to quit your job and devote all your time to painting - do not give up! Vincent Van Gogh, a very famous French artist, started his career as an artist when he was 27. He was not very young but succeeded. Many interesting contemporary artists have similar stories. Some of them started painting in age of over 50. So you have a chance to explore your potential and start doing what you have been thinking about for years.

We are not going to teach you how to make hand-made copies from photos (it does not have any sense); instead we will give you many techniques for your creative personality. You will get a lot of options to try and then you will choose which technique is most suitable to you.
You may join anytime and take as many lessons as you like, but we recommend to start from one 2-hour-long lesson per week for you and 1-hour-long lesson for your child.
Lessons can be held at the well-equipped home-based studio in New Westminster or at your home location.
